Academic vocabulary in context
Debates and role-plays on university and academic topics expose you to the vocabulary that appears in TOEFL integrated tasks.
Clear, comprehensible pronunciation
The TOEFL rater doesn't require a perfect accent โ just clear pronunciation. Bilingu gives specific feedback on the sounds that most affect comprehension.

Teaching assistantships
To teach as a Teaching Assistant at US universities, a minimum TOEFL Speaking score of 23-26 is usually required.
